DPP-250F Blister Packing Machine collects optical-mechanical-electrics as integration, and it¡¯s controlled by programable PLC system. It is widely used in industry of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, electron, medicine equipment and metals products. It is suitable for ALU/PVC, Paper/PVC and ALU/ALU packing.
The main working procedure such as forming, feeding, hot-sealing, impressing, cutting can be completed automatically. The machine can also be matched with servo traction device, photoelectric alignment device, fiber ***ector or video ***ector according to the demand of customers.
The main functions are£º
1. Package: pharmaceuticals (capsules, tablets, pills, injection, soft gel, ampoule); food (chewing gum, candy, chocolate); other similar products (battery, electron, toothbrush, toys, knife, lipstick, hardware).
2. Production flow:
PVC---preheating---pocket forming---feeding---hot sealing---code embossing---perforating---trimming.
ALU foil---cold extrusion- pocket forming---feeding---hot sealing---code embossing---perforating--- trimming
3. All functions of this packager are automatically completed continuously.
